Mardi Gras has passed and Lent has begun. You may still be digesting King Cake or paczki at the moment that you’re reading this.
Hopefully you didn’t overdo it over Mardi Gras – and hopefully you didn’t give up festivals for Lent!
But, if you did, you’ll still be able to check out the festivals from April 5-8, 2024…
… over Solar Eclipse Weekend..
…because it will happen after Easter.
The 2024 Solar Eclipse Festival Guide lists festivals and festival-like events from Texas through New York State.

This weekend, the big four festival states are Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas:
- Florida has various Renaissance Festivals, Strawberry Festivals, Greek Festivals, Seafood Festivals and Chocolate Festivals
- Michigan has plenty of Winter Festivals going on, Beer, Wine and Mead Festivals and even a Yeti Fest
- Pennsylvania also has Winter Fests, some Wine Festivals, a late Mardi Gras Celebration and an Arts Fair
