Spring Festivals, a Testicle Festival and more!
Welcome back, Festival Fans.
It’s a weird festival time of the year as many of us will be affected by Spring Break this weekend and next. Festival numbers go down in many states, maybe going up in states where Spring Break brings tourism (ie Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, etc.).
Definitely the big states this weekend are Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas.
While many festivals this weekend deal with Maple Syrup, Beer, Flowers and Cook-Offs, one rather interesting festival this weekend is the Deerfield Testicle Festival (Review) in Michigan.
If you’re anywhere in the area, it’s worth a visit as the food is delicious…
…offering beans, cole slaw, gizzards and Rocky Mountain Oysters…
…although we all know those aren’t oysters.
