Upcoming Festival Weekend: January 16-19, 2025

Festivals pick up a little bit and New State Guide added.

I’m not sure where you are, festival fans, but this winter has really been feeling like winter.

Fortunately, festivals are picking up a bit in each of the states.

Warmer weather states, like Florida, South Carolina and Texas, are offering up some delicious festivals celebrating Frog Legs, Oysters, Chocolate, Donuts, and Chili.

Meanwhile, many of the colder states are really embracing winter with Ice Festivals, Winter Carnivals, Winter Brew Fests, Polar Plunges, Winter (Music) Jams, and Ice Sculpture Fests.

As always, look to the map and see what’s around you.

Last week, I told you about some new State Festival Guides I was adding in 2025.

Since my last post, I have completed the Kansas Festival Guide and I should have Colorado complete by next week. Colorado looks like a good state as I’ve already added over 600 festivals and there’s still plenty more to add.

I know the New England states have been receiving votes lately – I think I would put them all on one guide – as well as states like Washington, Nevada and New Mexico.
