May is here, festival fans, and it’s a great festival month all-around. Northern festivals start to pick up as the temperatures rise and the weather is still tolerable in the South to keep the festivals going.
With just a quick glance to the map for this weekend, you can see all the potential out there. Then, as you look more closely at each state’s list of events, you can find some really interesting festivals like the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival in Tennessee, the Memories of Mayberry Festival in Alabama, the Daniel Boone Family Festival in North Carolina and all the Cinco de Mayo celebrations out there.
