Green festivals continue, festival fans!
If you thought last weekend was the only Irish weekend out there, you will definitely be surprised. St. Patrick’s Day and Irish Festivals continue this weekend (they even go into next week). So get another corned beef brisket, head of cabbage, favorite Irish beers or whiskeys and your pair of green dancing shows. Notable Irish Festivals this weekend include the St. Augustine Celtic Music and Heritage Festival (Florida), the Dublin-Laurens St. Patrick’s Festival (Georgia), McHenry ShamROCKS the Fox (Illinois), the Lexington St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival (Kentucky), North Country Goes Green Irish Festival (Watertown, NY), the Raleigh St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival (North Carolina), North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival (South Carolina), Irish Spring Festival (Ireland, WV), and the Green Bay St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival (Wisconsin).
Beyond the Irish/Celtic/Scottish celebrations, there are various festivals this weekend, especially in the states of Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Music and BBQ are big this weekend with Florida continuing with its Strawberry and Seafood festivals.
